How to become a member?

• Arrange a date for your visit to the gallery with our Lecturer Department (Tel.: 227 059 346, e-mail: pliska@rudolfinum.org).
• You can arrange your membership in the office of the Lecturer Department at Galerie Rudolfinum. In order to fill-in your registration form, you will only need to know the contact information for the school for which you are arranging the pass, as well as the name of the contact person and their telephone number and email address.
• You can also pay your membership contribution in cash on location, which is 400 CZK for primary schools, and 1,500 CZK for other types of schools per school year. You can receive your membership card while you are waiting.
• If you would like to pay your membership contribution through an invoice, we will need to know the Company Id Number and Tax Id Number of the paying institution. After invoicing, we will send you your membership card by mail.
• After receiving your membership card, you will be entitled to utilize all the benefits of membership in the Open Dialogue Club for the entire school year, including the preceding and subsequent summer holiday months.

general terms

Any person over the age of 15 can become an ODC member. Legal entities may not become club members. No discounts can be applied to the price of the yearly membership contribution. Membership cards are non-transferrable.

If it is necessary, Galerie Rudolfinum reserves the right to amend and modify the General Terms and contents of the ODC offer. Club members shall be informed of these amendments at www.galerierudolfinum.cz.

If card holders do not pay their membership contributions for the subsequent year, their membership in the club shall be terminated for the next year after 12 months have passed from the day the membership card was issued. Card holders whose membership has expired shall no longer be entitled to any of the benefits of the Open Dialogue Club.

It is in the best interest if each membership card holder to inform Galerie Rudolfinum without delay on any changes to the basic information provided in their registration form, or if their membership cards are lost or stolen.

Galerie Rudolfinum reserves the right to terminate the ODC program. The date of the termination of activities shall be announced on the website at least one month in advance.

Termination of membership:

1. The ODC member intentionally provided incorrect information on his/her registration form.
2. The ODC member misused the benefits provided by the ODC administrator.
3. Upon request of the ODC member.
4. Termination of ODC activities by ODC administrator, see General Terms.

Card holders whose membership has expired shall not be entitled to any of the benefits of the ODC.
