Jiří Hynek Kocman is a key figure of the conceptual line of Czech art of the past 30 years. The exhibition in the Galerie Rudolfinum presented, together with a selection of his entire work, in particular the phase of the artist’s work focusing on the transformation of entire books or re-making books of sheets of paper. The new books become an unifyied visual, haptical and significant whole.
