about the exhibition
The first representative exhibition of contemporary Chinese art in the Czech Republic presented a selection of the works by the most important artists of the Chinese avantgarde of the 90´s. The theme of the exhibition – human body and face – reflected the dominant position of these concepts within contemporary Chinese art. The exhibition introduced 87 works by 19 artists.
